Pet Policy

We do allow pets. You will be required to sign a Pet Addendum prior to bring the pet onsite. Only dogs, cats and fish are welcome with some restrictions. We require a $350 one-time pet fee, in addition to $50/month fee per pet. No fees or rent are necessary for fish. For the safety of all residents, the following dog breeds are restricted: PIT BULL TERRIERS, STAFFORDSHIRE TERRIERS, ROTTWEILERS, DOBERMAN PINSCHERS, CHOWS, & PRESA CANARIOS. These restrictions & deposit requirements do not apply to qualified assistance animals. If you have pets, please see your leasing representative for more information.
